Build your site with AI: tips and tricks
What your AI can do in LINJERUM Studio, prompts that work, and how to get results that look designed, not generated.
With an AI app connected, you can work on your site just by asking. The AI reads your site first, its pages, colours, fonts and photos, so what it makes fits in. Not connected yet? See Connect Claude, ChatGPT or another AI app.
Add a section with our opening hours to the home page.
You ask, in your own words.

The AI drafts it on your site.
You check it and publish.
What it can do
- Write and edit text on any page, in your site's tone.
- Add sections from the block library, or build one from scratch with the Custom code block.
- Create, rename and arrange pages.
- Change colours, fonts and the rest of your branding.
- Add images from a link, and write descriptions for them.
- Translate pages and add languages.
- Write and edit articles.
- Take screenshots of your pages to check its own work.
- Publish, but only if you've allowed it.
Prompts that work
Say which site and page, and what you want to achieve. A few to try, adjusted to your business:
-
On the home page, add a section with our opening hours: Tuesday to Saturday 17 to 23, closed Sunday and Monday.
-
Rewrite the About page so it sounds warmer and more personal. Keep it under 150 words.
-
Translate the whole site into English, and tell me what you changed.
-
Make the menu page easier to read on a phone, then take a screenshot and check it.
-
Our new photos are in the library. Put the best ones on the home page and write descriptions for them.
-
Add a page called Private events, built like the About page, with a contact form at the bottom.
Tips for good results
- Name the site and the page. With several sites, the AI otherwise has to guess.
- Give it the real facts: prices, opening hours, what makes you different. Real material makes better pages.
- Work one page at a time for big changes, and look at each one as you go.
- Ask it to check its work. It can take a screenshot of the page and fix what looks off.
- Use your own photos. When a page needs a photo you don't have, it asks you for one.
- Try things freely. Everything stays a draft until you publish.
You stay in charge
- It only sees the workspaces you've given it.
- Everything it does is a draft. You see the changes in the editor and publish when you're happy.
- It can only publish with your permission, and it shows what will go live first.
- Before it makes changes, the studio saves a version of your site, so you can go back in History in the editor.
