A bistro like they used to be
Bistro Ravn is a small French bistro with white tablecloths, starched napkins, and a menu that doesn't change just for the sake of it.
We opened Ravn because we missed the old bistros: places where the waiter knows the wine, the bread is warm, and the tartare is chopped by hand. The menu is short, and that's on purpose. We make the classic dishes, and we make them properly, every evening.
